Tasting Note
Ripe red-fruited Nebbiolo: raspberry, cherry and blood orange with rhubarb, black-cherry confit and dark-plum notes; silky texture, firm refined tannins, bright acidity, juicy drive and elegant spice, medium-plus finish.

Western: braised beef, roast lamb, porcini risotto, tajarin/tagliatelle with ragu, aged Pecorino. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Cantonese roast pork, Korean BBQ short ribs, mushroom hot pot.
Production Method
100% Nebbiolo; fermented in stainless steel with ~20–25 day maceration, malolactic in oak, aged in large oak casks and French oak barrels, then bottle-aged before release.
