Perfumed cherries and raspberries, rose petal, licorice and tobacco; earthy undernotes, fine-grained tannins, elegant structure and a long savory finish.

Western: roast beef, braised lamb, game, truffle pasta, mushroom risotto, aged Pecorino/Parmigiano. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), soy-braised beef, char siu, umami-rich mushroom or truffle dishes.

Production Method
Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation with long maceration (~20 days); aged ~24 months in large oak casks and barriques. Vineyards farmed organically/biodynamically.
