Tasting Note
Ethereal Nebbiolo: red cherry, plum, rose and violet with licorice, tar, tobacco and warm spice. Silky, layered tannins, bright acidity and a very long, mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or roasted red meats, osso buco, braised beef, truffle risotto, aged Italian cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), umami-rich mushroom or soy-braised dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo from a single cru; organic/biodynamic viticulture, native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation, ~12 months in small oak then further ageing in large casks before bottling.

Produced by the Ceretto family; Bricco Rocche is a near‑monopole cru in Castiglione Falletto (350–370m) on Diano sandstone soils. Ceretto has farmed these top sites since the 1970s and champions organic/biodynamic practices.
