Tasting Note
Ripe red berries, rose petal, bitter orange and truffle aromas. Silky, medium–full body with vibrant acidity, refined tannins, mineral backbone and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, braised beef short ribs, truffle risotto, mushroom pasta, aged Parmigiano. Asian: Peking duck, soy-braised beef, beef shabu-shabu/hot pot, mushroom- or truffle-forward Japanese dishes.

Production Method
Organic-certified Nebbiolo; native-yeast fermentation, 20–25 day maceration, malolactic in oak, aged ~3 years in neutral 300L barrels and large 50hL oak casks.

Bricco Rocche is a small monopole vineyard owned by the Ceretto family since the 1970s; vines ~40+ years, sandy/silty/clayey soils, first vintage 1982; vinified at Ceretto’s Bricco Rocche cellar.
