Tasting Note
Roses, cherry and dried strawberry with notes of tobacco, licorice, tar and sweet spice. Dense and full-bodied with velvety yet firm powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Braised beef, osso buco, roasted lamb, aged Parmigiano, mushroom risotto; Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), soy-braised short ribs, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel; malolactic fermentation; aged 12–24 months in French barriques (tonneaux) and large oak casks before bottling.

Ceretto family estate; Bricco Rocche winery built 1982 to vinify top Barolo crus. Bricco Rocche is a small single-vineyard plot (~1 ha) in Castiglione Falletto producing their flagship Barolo.
