Tasting Note
Perfumed Nebbiolo: rose, violet, cherry and redcurrant with licorice, crushed herbs and wet-stone minerality. Powerful, powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, braised short ribs, roast lamb, truffle risotto, aged alpine cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean barbecue (bulgogi), Sichuan-style braised beef, Indonesian beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; stainless-steel fermentation with long maceration, malolactic fermentation, aged ~18–24 months in large Slavonian oak casks and some French barriques then bottle-aging.

Ceretto family estate; Bricco Rocche vineyard in Castiglione Falletto (purchased and vinified by Ceretto since early 1980s). Known for the Bricco Rocche winery and iconic glass Cube.
