Food Pairing: Western: braised beef (brasato), roasted lamb, bistecca, aged Parmigiano or pecorino, truffle pasta. Asian: Peking duck or hoisin duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), Taiwanese braised beef noodle, umami mushroom stir-fries.
Vineyard Info: Ceretto is a multi‑generation Piedmont estate (founded 1930) owning 160 ha across Barolo and Barbaresco; this Bussia bottling comes from a ~7,000 m² plot in Bussia Soprana. The estate follows organic/biodynamic practices.
