Tasting Note
Aromatic Nebbiolo with dried roses, cherry, plum, licorice, tobacco and leather. Matured tertiary notes of truffle and cocoa, firm but refined tannins and bright acidity; long, savory finish.

Western: braised beef, roasted lamb, osso buco, porcini risotto, aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), shiitake/mushroom stir-fries, soy-glazed short ribs.

Production Method
100% Nebbiolo. Traditional fermentation with extended maceration, malolactic conversion, and prolonged ageing in large oak casks (Slavonian/French large oak) before bottling; limited magnum-focused release.
