Food Pairing: Western: braised beef, lamb chops, venison, aged cheeses, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, beef rendang, soy‑braised short ribs, shiitake and miso dishes, char siu pork.
Vineyard Info: Ceretto, family estate in Alba (founded early 20th century), bought the 0.25 ha Cannubi San Lorenzo parcel in 2002. Produces tiny magnum‑only bottlings (≈500–600 magnums) as a single‑vineyard Barolo.
