Tasting Note
Ripe red cherry and raspberry with rose, truffle, iron/graphite mineral notes. Medium–full, silky texture with firm, chiselled tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Western: braised beef, osso buco, aged Parmigiano, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta. Asian: Peking duck, soy/hoisin braised pork belly, Korean bulgogi, mushroom hotpot, soy-braised short ribs.
Production Method
Organic viticulture; destemmed Nebbiolo fermented (stainless steel, ~20–25 days maceration) and aged about 24 months in large oak tonneaux, then bottle aging.
