Tasting Note
Perfumed rose and red cherry with dried herbs, tar, leather and truffle. Concentrated, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish with spice and cocoa nuances.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, braised short ribs, venison, aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, porcini risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style braised beef, beef rendang, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Organic grapes, hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel with long maceration and indigenous yeasts; malolactic fermentation completed; aged ~18–24 months in large oak barrels/tonneaux, followed by bottle aging.
