Tasting Note
Ripe black cherry, plum and mulberry with lavender, dried thyme, clove and eucalyptus. Medium–full bodied, firm ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long, linear finish showing floral lift, spice and cassis.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, shiitake/mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed grapes, fermentation in vats, matured 12–14 months in French oak barrels (approx. 60–80% new).
