Food Pairing: Western: roast beef, beef bourguignon, venison, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged Comté. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised beef short ribs, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), sukiyaki, miso-glazed aubergine.
Vineyard Info: Château de la Tour (Labet family, in the Clos since 1890) is the largest owner in Clos de Vougeot. Hommage à Jean Morin (created 2010) is made from the oldest vines (~1910) in tiny quantities.
