Tasting Note
Dense, dark-fruited Pinot Noir: black cherry, blackberry and plum with chocolate, graphite, thyme and sage accents, creamy mid‑palate, massive noble tannins and an explosive, mineral-driven, very long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef Bourguignon, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed aubergine, grilled wagyu or Korean BBQ short ribs.

Production Method
Selection from old-vine parcels; partial whole-cluster fermentation; traditional Burgundian vinification in wood/stainless vats; élevage ~18 months in French oak; bottled without fining/filtration.
