Tasting Note
Concentrated, elegant Grand Cru: red and black cherry, cassis, rose petal, sandalwood, licorice and mineral earth, with spice and a long, saline finish framed by refined powdery tannins.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef bourguignon, duck confit, grilled ribeye, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised beef short ribs, soy-braised mushrooms, Korean bulgogi.

Production Method
Selection of first bunches from centenarian vines; high proportion whole-cluster fermentation; long élevage in French oak (some new); bottled with minimal fining/filtration.
