Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruit core (blackberry, plum, cassis) with violet and peony florals, forest-floor, tobacco and dark chocolate notes; chalky mineral backbone, powdery tannins and lively acidity finishing long and savory.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional fermentations (Cuvée Classique uses whole-bunch), matured in French oak (≈one-third new reported), 12–18 months ageing.
