Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and raspberry with briar, subtle truffle and spice, saline minerality, silky texture, supple firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef, venison, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), braised beef short ribs, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, low-intervention vinification with indigenous yeasts; parcel vinification and assembly, some whole-cluster use and extended élevage in oak; organic farming (certified from 2021).

Historic estate inside the walls of Clos de Vougeot; largest single owner (~5.5 ha), run by the Labet family using organic/biodynamic practices and long élevage traditions.
