Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry, blackcurrant and plum with sous-bois, spice and light truffle notes. Medium-full, layered palate with silky, saline tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
100% Pinot Noir; often partial whole-cluster (c.50%), unstemmed vinification, matured in French oak barrels; estate-certified organic from 2021.

Château de la Tour owns the largest single parcel (≈6 ha) within the Clos de Vougeot and is the only producer to vinify and elevate its wines inside the Clos; family-run by the Labet/Déchelette team.
