Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, plum and cassis with violet florals, cocoa, earth and a menthol note. Firm tannins, lively acidity and a long, perfumed finish; dense and age-worthy.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic viticulture; low yields from old vines; partial destemming (c.60–80% whole-cluster), fermentation in stainless vats, élevage in new and used oak (substantial ageing), lightly filtered.
