Concentrated dark-red fruit (raspberry, black cherry), savory spice, tobacco and subtle floral notes; earthy, smoky undertow with firm, ripe tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditionally vinified mostly un‑stemmed, organic certified from 2021; matured in French oak barrels with extended élevage (12–24 months).
