Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black berries with rose and peony florals, orange zest and exotic spice. Silky, powdery tannins, crushed-rock minerality and a saline, persistent finish. Youthfully tight but layered.

Western: roast duck, pigeon, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed fish, bulgogi, shiitake-based noodle dishes.
