Tasting Note
Deep purple colour; ripe black cherry and blackberry with floral, spice and mineral notes. Full-bodied and fleshy, fine ripe tannins, integrated oak and a long savory finish of dark fruit and licorice.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, beef ribeye, mushroom risotto, aged Comté; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), Korean BBQ short ribs, savory Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured in French oak barrels (37.2% new); bottled May 2022.
