Tasting Note
Black cherry, cranberry and wild berry with undergrowth, cedar, white pepper and mineral lift. Medium-full, silky core with fine yet present tannins and a long, saline-tinged finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; partial whole-bunch fermentation (≈50% whole clusters), indigenous yeasts, aged ~18–20 months in older French oak barrels, minimal SO2, bottled without fining/filtration.
