Tasting Note
Perfumed and precise: red cherry, wild raspberry, rose petal and violet, with chalky mineral, subtle spice and gentle cedar from oak. Silky texture, fine-grained tannins and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; 100% whole‑cluster fermentation in wooden vats; matured ~18 months in barrels (≈15% new oak); minimal SO2 and traditional cellar techniques.
