Ripe blackcurrant and plum with menthol, Asian spice, cedar and tobacco; medium-full body, silky yet structured tannins, mineral core and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; parcel vinification with gentle extraction and ~4-week maceration; malolactic fermentation and 16–18 months in new French oak.
