Tasting Note
Perfumed red and black berries (mulberry, cherry), rose and mint lift, graphite and exotic spice. Medium–full, layered and silky with refined powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long saline, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, duck à l'orange, braised short rib, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), Korean galbi, soy-miso glazed beef, shiitake/miso dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinification; fermented and aged approximately 12 months in French oak barriques (majority/new oak reported); no second wine produced in 2022.
