Tasting Note
Elegant Bordeaux-style red with dark berries, blackcurrant, plum, violets, cedar, tobacco and baking spice; silky, polished tannins, bright freshness and a long, saline, mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or roasted red meats (lamb, ribeye, roast beef), braised short ribs, aged Manchego or cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or braised beef, miso‑marinated steak, Peking duck with plum sauce.

Production Method
Grapes vinified by variety; aged ~12–13 months in French oak (approx. 50% new) — 50% barrique, 30% demi-muid, 20% foudre; bottled after blending and further maturation.
