Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-fruit core of blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry with tobacco, cedar, graphite, violet and spice. Full-bodied, plush yet tightly-knit tannins, bright acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye or roast beef, venison, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised beef short ribs, soy‑glazed dishes, umami mushroom stir‑fries, Cantonese roasted meats.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured in French oak barrels (30.7% new), élevage approximately 12–15 months.
