Food Pairing: Western: oysters, shellfish, grilled/poached white fish, roasted chicken, creamy risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, shellfish tempura, Vietnamese grilled seafood, light Thai dishes with lemongrass or citrus.
