Tasting Note
Concentrated black-fruit (cassis, blackberry) core with violet, spice, graphite and cocoa. Silky, well-integrated tannins, fresh liquorice-mineral lift and a long, cocoa-dusted finish.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, prime rib, beef short ribs, mushroom risotto; Western: duck confit, lamb chops; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, char siu, Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional Médoc vinification with separate fermentations and gravity-assisted cellar work; ~18 months élevage in French oak (≈55% new).
