Tasting Note
Black cherry, plum and cassis with violet, truffle, dark chocolate and graphite. Medium–full body, plush ripe fruit, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, spicy mineral finish.

Production Method
Destemmed fermentation in stainless vats, malolactic in barrel; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈60% new).
