Tasting Note
Concentrated cherry and plum with leather, tobacco, dried herbs, cedar and forest-floor notes. Firm ripe tannins, spicy oak influence and a long, savory finish with lingering mineral and balsamic accents.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Sangiovese; extended maceration and traditional fermentation; aged 3–4 years in large Slavonian and French oak casks (botti), followed by bottle aging.
