Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black fruit (black raspberry, currant) with violet, soy/anise and Asian spice notes; mineral, savory core, fine dense tannins and a very long, polished finish.

Production Method
Late harvest, 100% whole-cluster fermentation, long cuvaison (2–3 weeks), extended ageing 18–24 months in French oak (modest new oak), bottled unfined/unfiltered.
