Tasting Note
Silky, perfumed Pomerol: black cherry, plum, violets, truffle and dark chocolate with cedar, fine minerality, plush mid‑palate and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, duck breast, braised beef, mushroom risotto; Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed fish, shiitake and soy-braised dishes.

Production Method
Estate-grown Merlot/Cabernet Franc; parcel vinification (concrete vats), maceration and ageing 12–18 months in ~70% new French oak; small percentage of press wine added to the blend.
