Tasting Note
Perfumed and elegant: blackcurrant, dark cherry, violet and bay leaf with cigar-box and cedar. Silky, finely grained tannins, medium–full body and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Certified biodynamic; hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermentation in 300L terracotta amphorae (~10 weeks), basket-pressed to French oak (≈66% new) for ~5 months; minimal intervention.
