Tasting Note
Opulent Grand Cru Chardonnay: pear, apple compote, citrus peel, toasted almond, beeswax and brioche, creamy texture with saline minerality and a long, layered finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pneumatic pressing, light settling; fermentation and ~18 months élevage in French oak (≈33% new), monthly bâtonnage, light filtering; biodynamic vineyard practices and minimal cellar intervention.
