Concentrated red and black cherry, wild raspberry and violet florals with forest‑floor earth, spice and mineral lift. Full‑bodied, structured, velvety yet firm tannins, bright acidity and a long savory, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; 100% whole‑cluster fermentation with gentle extraction; matured ≈16 months in French oak (about 33% new). Viticulture managed biodynamically.
