Lemon, white peach and citrus curd with toasted almond, brioche and stony/saline minerality; subtle orange-peel and smoky-vanilla oak; poised, textured and long.

Production Method
Hand-harvested (multiple passes), biodynamic viticulture; fermented and matured in large French oak barrels (450L) with ~20% new oak.
