Tasting Note
Clean, precise nose of citrus, almond, hazelnut and lanolin with wet-stone minerality; slightly honeyed, powerful and textural on the palate, finishing long, nutty and energetic.

Western: roasted lobster, scallops, beurre blanc fish, truffled roast chicken, aged Comté and other hard cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi, Cantonese steamed fish, delicate Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Certified organic/biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested; whole-cluster pneumatic pressing, 24h settling, indigenous-yeast fermentation; ~14 months in French oak (≈10% new), monthly bâtonnage, light filtration.

Domaine de la Vougeraie (founded 1999 by Jean‑Claude Boisset). Biodynamic (Demeter) and organic (Ecocert) certified; owns two Chevalier‑Montrachet parcels (total 0.151 ha, planted 1970 & 1985).
