Tasting Note
Fragrant and precise: wild strawberry, Morello cherry, rose and sous-bois with sandalwood and cardamom spice. Supple texture, elegant freshness and ample, fine tannins finishing long and mineral-driven.

Roast or herb-crusted lamb, game stew, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon; Asian: Peking or roasted duck, hoisin-glazed pork, miso aubergine, Korean-style short ribs (galbi).

Production Method
Organically farmed, biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested, gravity-fed vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration (≈5 days), no added yeast; aged ~16 months in oak (c.20% new).

Domaine de la Vougeraie (est. 1999, Boisset family) farms Clos de Vougeot parcels (≈1.4137 ha) biodynamically; vines date from mid‑20th century to 1990s. Estate unites multiple family holdings across Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.
