Tasting Note
Crisp citrus and green apple with white peach and lime blossom; pronounced stony minerality, subtle toasted hazelnut and light oak. Medium-bodied, bright acidity and a long, focused finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster, scallops, grilled/roasted white fish, chicken in cream sauce, mushroom risotto, Comté or Beaufort cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed white fish with ginger & scallions, miso-glazed cod, yuzu or soy-glazed scallops.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed grapes; hand-harvested Chardonnay, fermented in French oak barrels (part new), partial malolactic and élevage for c.12–16 months.

Domaine de la Vougeraie, created 1999 by Jean‑Claude Boisset, farms numerous Côte d'Or holdings biodynamically and focuses on terroir-driven Premier and Grand Cru vineyards.
