Tasting Note
Ripe pear and white peach with beeswax, hazelnut, citrus and saline minerality. Opulent, creamy texture with toasted oak, smoke and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; whole-cluster pressing, cold pre-ferment maceration; fermentation begins in tank and finishes in oak barrels; ~25-30% new oak, matured ~16 months.
