Tasting Note
Concentrated dried cherry, black plum and fig with dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, spice and licorice; velvety, broad palate, mineral backbone and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roasted or braised red meats, venison, aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, porcini risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean barbecue, beef rendang, mushroom hotpot (umami dishes).
Production Method
Hand-harvested; grapes appassimento on bamboo racks (~110 days), brief cryomaceration and slow fermentation, malolactic in oak; ~5 years ageing in Slavonian oak casks.

De Buris is Tommasi Family’s ultra‑premium single‑vineyard project (La Groletta). Launched 2008, very limited production and cellared at Villa De Buris.
