Tasting Note
Mineral-driven and floral: violets, sandalwood, Asian spice, black cherry and black raspberry. Satin texture, juicy mid-palate, peachy notes, velvety round tannins and a focused, smoky-mineral finish.

Biodynamic/organic viticulture; hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation in small wooden tinas, ~39 days maceration; malolactic in wood; 13–17 months in new French oak; bottled unfiltered.
