Tasting Note
Crimson with violet edges. Aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, graphite and cedar. Full-bodied palate of dark plum, dark chocolate, golden‑syrup oak and savory spice, with polished, persistent tannins and a long, perfumed finish.

Hand-harvested fruit fermented in small batches; matured 10–15 months in 50% French and 50% American oak (c.60% new, 40% 1–2 year); minimally filtered and bottle‑aged prior to release.
