Tasting Note
Powerful, floral Cabernet Franc with violets, rose and raspberry, plus mint, black truffle, vanilla and warm spice; silky yet structured tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, wild mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef or braised beef noodle dishes.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; fermented and matured ~12 months in French oak barriques (majority new), followed by extended bottle aging.
