Tasting Note
Concentrated citrus and stone fruit (grapefruit, lemon) with beeswax, jasmine and toasted brioche, pronounced minerality and a long, saline finish. Intense and complex, showing honeyed and herbal notes with persistent acidity.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; alcoholic fermentation and aging in oak barrels (about 18 months, ~1/3 new) with regular lees stirring.
