Tasting Note
Pale gold; punchy, pulpy nose of grapefruit, orange, peach and mango with pine and flint. Silky, concentrated palate: citrus, saline minerality and spicy white fruits, finishing very long and elegant.

Western: grilled scallops, lobster, roasted chicken, goats' cheese; Asian: steamed fish with ginger & scallions, sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry, Cantonese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; cold-settled and fermented in barrels; aged 18 months in oak (35% new) with bâtonnage; bottled July 2018.
