Tasting Note

Focused, mineral-driven Chardonnay with lime and citrus zest, wet stone and saline notes, toasted hazelnut and subtle popcorn/reduction, integrated oak, precise acidity and a long, tension-filled finish.

Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentation; gentle pressing; élevage in mostly new French oak for ~14–24 months; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
