Burnished gold; aromas of dried honey, dandelion and struck flint. Clean, precise palate with citrus and mineral core, gaining energy and length with aeration.

Western: lobster, scallops, lobster bisque, roast chicken, veal, creamy pasta. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, steamed whole fish, miso-marinated cod, dim sum.

Production Method

Hand-harvested with baie-par-baie sorting; fermented and aged in new François Frères French oak barrels, aged on lees, minimal intervention; biodynamic vineyard practices and very low yields.
