Tasting Note
Green-gold Puligny with white flowers, lemon, apple, wet stone and toasted hazelnut. Powerful, concentrated mid-palate, brisk acidity and saline minerality; long, elegant, toasted-oak finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled or pan-seared scallops, lobster, beurre blanc sea bass, roast chicken with mushrooms, mushroom risotto. Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, delicate sashimi/sushi, light Thai coconut fish curry.
Production Method
Biodynamic farming, hand-harvested grapes, pneumatic pressing (whole berries), 17–18 months élevage in oak with ~25–30% new oak.
